Welcome to Expat Coach ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before engaging with us.


1. Services Overview
We provide coaching services primarily through 1:1 coaching sessions for individuals looking to return to Australia from Singapore, Hong Kong, or the UAE. Our packages include:

  • 3-month coaching program: AUD $3,000

  • 6-month coaching program: AUD $5,000 These services are sold through direct communication (e.g., chat, email, phone) and not directly via our website. Pricing may be subject to future changes, and we may introduce installment payment options in the future.


2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best outcome from our services, clients are required to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information.

  • Participate in weekly calls and sessions, which include discussions and administrative work to facilitate their relocation.

  • Be proactive in collaborating with us during the coaching process.


3. Payment Terms
Payments for services are processed once the client commits to a package through our direct communication channels. Full payment is required before services begin unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to introduce installment payment options in the future, which will be communicated to you.


4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We do not offer cancellations or refunds once the coaching program has commenced. By entering into an agreement with us, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full duration of the selected coaching package.


5. Availability of Services
Our services are available to clients residing in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, and the UAE. We may expand or limit service availability to other regions, and will notify clients accordingly.


6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide effective coaching services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. By engaging with us, you acknowledge that the success of the coaching process is influenced by various factors, including your commitment to the program.


7. Termination of Services
Either party may request the termination of services at any time by mutual agreement. Both parties must agree on the termination before it can take effect. All payments made up until the point of termination are non-refundable.


8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the UAE, depending on the client’s location. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the respective country where the client resides.


9. Changes to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and the services we offer at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email, SMS, or phone. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
